ART Orthodontics is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Greeting patients as they arrive and answering the phones
- Scheduling and modifying patient appointments
- Signing up and scheduling new patients and verifying insurance information
- Following up on pending patients
- Completing and filing insurance forms and dental billing records
- Managing office inventory and supplies
- Communicating with dental supply vendors
- Help maintaining the office clean and organized, including but not limited to helping with sterilization of instruments and support the clinical staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bi-Lingual (fluent in both English and Spanish) is required to accommodate the needs of our patient population
Salary/Compensation based upon experience
