DrJ Skin Clinic is seeking to hire a Administration Assistant/Receptionist for our office located in Cerritos, CA. We are a fast-growing manufacturer of organic personal care products and we are in need of assistance to handle various tasks and projects. These include answering the phone and responding to deliveries and visitors, organizing documents, making purchases and monitoring office expenses. We will need you to provide assistance and support to various office staff including the accounting, marketing and HR teams.
We prefer that you:
- Are knowledgeable with computers, typing, Microsoft Office, internet use, fax, copier, etc.
- Are able to focus on assigned tasks and complete daily routine tasks of your own accord
- Can be comfortable working on your own but also work well with others in a group setting
- Provide administrative support and coordination on projects as assigned
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and answer calls as assigned
- Distribute and track documents, deliver or file when finalized
- Prepare presentations and other written communications
- Administer, organize and maintain project files, hard copy and electronically
- Some knowledge of order fulfillment
- Familiar with USPS and UPS
- Customer service, creative marketing, sales, brand strategy, and office experience
- Develop and own the marketing strategy and execution across key channels including website, email affiliate marketing, web & mobile advertising, social and events
- Plan, coordinate, and implement promotional marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Conceptualize, strategize, and oversee execution and deployment of web, social, Email
- Responsible for content creation and scheduling of social media across multiple brands
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop thoughtful and strategic executional plans
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales communications
Requirements
- Skincare or cosmetic company business administration experience for at least 3 years
- Strong analytical, communication, verbal, written and Microsoft Suite skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas.
- Team player; willing to complete special assignments on call when needed.
- Ability to work in a frequently interrupted, short-deadline environment while giving courteous support for customer’s immediate needs.
- Ability to read, write, spell; compose business letters, and use common business math applications. General office and accurate data entry skills.
- On Site work is required. (Residence within 20 miles)
- Full time work schedule and bi-weekly pay.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
