Work Schedule: This Role is Part Time, 20hours a week.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for handling front office reception and general administrative duties.
- Serves visitors, vendors, and outside guest by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
- Notify facility personnel of visitor's arrival.
- Maintain security by following established procedures including monitoring guest logbook and issuing visitor badges, if required.
- Keep track of inventory and work supply vendors to ensure a well - stocked office.
- Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages.
- Handle facility inquiries and provide general information.
- Sort and Deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail and unit messages.
- Copy, File and Update paper and electronic documents.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
- Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prefer previous office, accounting or healthcare accounting experience.
COMPENSATION
Compensation for roles at San Jose Behavioral Health varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, San Jose Behavioral Health provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California as set forth below.
SJBH Range = $23.00 - $25.00 hour DOE
