Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for staff members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Provide information about the organization’s services to clients and visitors.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
