Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Trimmer Recliner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Upholstery and a strong understanding of furniture. This role involves using hand tools. The Trimmer will play a vital role in the growth of our Motion line.
Responsibilities
1. Determine which mechanism goes with each style
2. Install the mechanism in the recliner.
3. Attach the upholstered seat frame to the mechanism using bolts and an air driver
4. Attach the footrest, safety board, and back assembly to the mechanism using bolts and an air driver
5. Attach the outside back cover to the frame
6. Attach the swivel plate to the wooden base of the swivel recliners
7. Attach the swivel plate assembly to the mechanism on the swivel recliners using bolts and an air driver
8. Attach legs to a non-swivel recliner
9. Set piece off.
10. Push away the inspector.
Qualifications
- Must have 1 to 3 years of related experience.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about growing techniques.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
