We are hiring for a day and night time driver, driving a wheel lift tow truck. It will be a spilt truck with 10 hour shifts.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Recovery Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client accounts and ensuring timely and safe recovery. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive situations and some time hostile situations with professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Completing conditions reports and posting required photos of each recovered unit in a timely manner.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and recoverys completed.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving recovery rates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies throughout the recovery process.
Qualifications
- Must be 25+
- Clean MVR
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening
- RDN, DRN, CLEARPLAN experience is a plus but we can train you on the job.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,656.57 - $52,575.65 per year
