Position Overview:
We are currently hiring coaches for our preschool and recreational gymnastics programs. If you love working with kids and have a positive, energetic attitude — we want to meet you! While previous coaching or gymnastics experience is preferred, it’s not required. We offer hands-on training and mentorship to help you succeed and grow within our program.
Responsibilities:
- Lead fun, structured gymnastics classes for children ages 18 months and up
- Keep kids engaged, safe, and learning in a positive atmosphere
- Demonstrate skills and provide clear instructions with patience and encouragement
- Communicate with parents and staff in a friendly, professional manner
- Help maintain a clean and organized gym environment
- Support and contribute to the overall success of the gym and our athletes
Qualifications:
- Positive, upbeat, and responsible attitude
- Enjoy working with kids and helping them grow
- Ability to follow lesson plans and receive feedback
- Willingness to learn and be trained in coaching methods
- Dependable and punctual
Preferred But Not Required:
- Experience in gymnastics, cheer, dance, or working with children
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
