You’ll play a key role in sourcing and hiring top talent for a variety of roles across our family of companies—CMS Environmental Solutions, Pase Environmental, and Florida Silt Fencing—under the CWES umbrella. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop creative, effective recruitment strategies, while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Craft Recruitment Strategies with Purpose:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand their team’s needs and design tailored recruitment strategies that go beyond finding candidates; they attract future leaders who align with our values.
Be the Ultimate Connector:
- Use innovative sourcing techniques, from social media outreach to networking to discover and engage with top talent.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, creating a pipeline that ensures we’re ready for today’s needs and tomorrow’s growth.
Screen for More than Just Skills:
- Conduct thoughtful candidate screenings, assessing not only qualifications and language proficiency but also how well candidates embody our values like integrity, dependability, and leadership.
Orchestrate a Flawless Candidate Experience:
- Manage interview logistics like a pro—schedule, coordinate, and keep candidates and stakeholders informed to create a smooth, respectful experience for all.
- Provide prompt, transparent feedback to candidates, exemplifying our culture of compassion and respect.
Lead the Offer Process with Confidence:
- Partner with hiring managers to craft fair, competitive offers that reflect both the company’s objectives and the candidate’s worth.
- Negotiate and extend offers with clarity and care, knowing you’re doing what’s right for both the candidate and the company.
Support a Seamless Transition:
- Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers to ensure that new hires feel welcomed and supported from day one
Keep the Pulse on Talent Metrics:
- Maintain up-to-date candidate records, providing actionable insights into recruitment trends and performance.
What You Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR or Talent Acquisition certifications are a plus!).
- At least 4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a proven track record of success.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong familiarity with current recruiting trends, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail, you thrive in fast-paced environments and love solving problems creatively.
- A solid understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment, ensuring that our process is always ethical and compliant.
