Objective: The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, screening, hiring, and onboarding a staff of Care Professionals, as well as executing and organizing all training programs in order to provide the highest quality of service to clients. This position will require wearing multiple hats in the office, and must have the ability to adapt to a fast changing environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews in an efficient and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of applicants through hiring process
- Request any needed documentation for applicant, employee file compliance with state ad federal laws.
- Develop and implement new recruitment strategies online and within the community
- Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
- Ensure company standards are met and upheld
- Demonstrate open and effective communication in a fast-paced office environment
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Two years experience in recruitment is required, some previous experience conducting training sessions.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
