Asheville Dispensary is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial B2B sales professional to spearhead our cannabis-infused beverage division in Chattanooga and the surrounding area. About the Role:
This is your opportunity to own your market and play a critical role in launching our second regional hub. You’ll lead outbound sales efforts across retail, hospitality, and specialty wholesale accounts, introducing our infused seltzers and wellness beverages to new audiences and helping us build deep, lasting partnerships.
You’ll work closely with our leadership team and a digital sales support squad to scale quickly and efficiently, with significant upside potential to grow into a team leadership role as the region expands.
What You’ll Do:
- Open doors and close deals: Drive new account acquisition through direct outreach, in-person visits, and relationship-building with buyers and decision-makers.
- Build the Chattanooga beverage territory from the ground up — identify target accounts, pitch products, and drive repeat orders.
- Lead product education and tastings with retail staff and customers.
- Manage a growing portfolio of wholesale clients, ensuring high-touch support and long-term satisfaction.
- Leverage CRM tools and reporting systems to track activity, performance, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and digital sales teams to maximize exposure, align promotions, and stay ahead of trends.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in beverages, cannabis, CPG, or wellness products.
- Proven track record of hitting (or smashing) sales targets and growing territory revenue.
- High-energy communicator who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Deep familiarity with outbound sales techniques — from cold calls to warm referrals.
- Strong local knowledge of the Chattanooga market and surrounding region.
- Comfortable lifting and transporting cases of beverages; must have reliable transportation.
- Tech-savvy with CRM software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Bonus points for experience in functional beverages, cannabis-infused products, or wellness brands.
