Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the clinical operations for your designated region
- Supervise, coach, and retain a team of BCBAs, Case Supervisors, and RBTs
- Manage caseloads while meeting billable expectations
- Oversee assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing program development
- Ensure high standards of compliance, documentation, and clinical quality
- Track and manage team and regional KPIs and KQIs
- Support Area Director in key projects and company initiatives
- Collaborate with payors, families, and community partners
- Conduct outreach with the business development team to drive growth
- Champion Alora's culture and participate in professional development activities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active BCBA certification for at least 5 years
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) status (if applicable by state)
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in ABA
- Proven experience designing programs across all skill levels
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Experience
- 1-2 years of leadership or management experience
- Experience launching services in new markets
- Familiarity with payor relations and community outreach
