Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Truck Driver to join our team. Candidates must have 2 years experience over the road driving with Manual transmission skills. This role requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service while delivering freight to various locations in only the upper Midwest.
Duties
- Operate commercial vehicles such as tractor-trailers in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- No touch freightg.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays.
- Navigate routes effectively while adhering to delivery schedules.
- Communicate with dispatchers regarding any issues or changes in delivery.
- Utilize manual transmission when required.

Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
- Familiarity with refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and other specialized trucks is a plus.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with loading/unloading freight.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining accurate delivery records.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
