About the Role:
Ready to elevate your passion for wine and spirits? At Grapejuice Group, we’re searching for a Regional Sales Manager who is part savvy strategist, part relationship guru, and 100% dedicated to making our stellar portfolio shine. From boutique gems to powerhouse brands, you’ll partner with distributors, sommeliers, and retailers to smash sales goals and create buzz that lasts. You’ll be the ultimate brand ambassador, blending data-driven sales smarts with genuine connection.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Crafting Killer Sales Strategies
- Set ambitious sales goals — then obliterate them, because “good enough” isn’t your style.
- Team up with leadership to design sharp game plans for every channel and product.
- Fine-tune presentations so the right wines and spirits land in the right glasses at the right time.
Partnering with Distributors & Customers
- Build rock-solid partnerships with distributor teams.
- Lead meetings, dig into sales data, and launch promotions that get a big “Yes, please!” from accounts.
- Stay on top of inventory and sales trends to keep us ahead of the curve.
Growing the Brand (And Your Rolodex)
- Hunt down fresh opportunities in retail, restaurants, and bars to expand our reach.
- Manage pricing to keep things competitive and profitable
- Represent Grapejuice Group at tastings, dinners, and events
Leading the Charge on the Ground
- Hit the road for in-person visits with key accounts and distributor
- Train staff and educate customers so they sell (and sip) confidently.
- Roll up your sleeves at local trade shows, social events, and marketing activations.
Being a Team Player & Leader
- Share your wins and insights with the leadership team — keep everyone in the loop.
- Stay curious, keep learning, and grow — because the wine world never stops evolving.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years in wine & spirits sales is a MUST (supplier, importer, or distributor experience is a major plus!)
- Bachelor’s degree or proven real-world hustle that shows you know your stuff
- Established, strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts — or the charm to build them fast
- Wine knowledge that makes sommeliers nod in respect (WSET, CMS, or similar certifications? Bonus points!)
- Communication and negotiation skills that can sell ice to an Eskimo (or wine to a tequila lover)
- Tech savvy with Microsoft Office and data tools
- Valid driver’s license and a love for the open road (or at least the patience for it)
- Able to lift a 50-pound case of wine

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
