Responsibilities include:
- Immediate Office Leadership: Take charge of a new smart home sales office from day one, establishing operations and setting the strategic direction.
- Recruitment & Team Building: Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard a high-performing team of door-to-door smart home sales professionals. Bringing a team with you is a significant plus!
- Training & Development: Coach, mentor, and train your sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices to ensure their success.
- Sales Performance Management: Set ambitious sales targets, monitor individual and team performance, and implement strategies to consistently exceed goals.
- Territory Management: Strategically plan and manage sales territories to maximize outreach and penetration.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and ethical sales practices.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in door-to-door sales, with a strong emphasis on smart home technology.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience recruiting, training, and managing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of smart home products and services.
