- Bachelor's degree required, emphasis in accounting, economics or finance preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications regulatory and cost reporting and/or accounting
- Knowledge and understanding of telecom accounting, separations and cost studies, state and interstate tariffs, carrier access billing and traffic, state public utility commissions, federal and state regulatory issues affecting telecom industry
- Must be highly motivated and experienced in managing multiple client engagements
- Client service oriented (internal and external)
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry leaders
- Ability to develop and market value added services and sell to prospective clients
- Problem solver with good judgment and ability to think strategically
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to professional standards and ethics
