Schedule: M, W, F (8a-9:30/10a)
Wage: $16.50
Tasks:
· Bathing Assistance
· Floor Care (sweep, mop and vacuum)
· Cleaning the bathroom tub after use.
· Laundry
· Light Meal Prep

Community Horizons offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-direct) throughout Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how they receive them. Community Horizons is not the employer on record; members make all hiring decisions with the involvement of a third-party fiscal agent responsible for payroll.
