Summary:
This role will manage the smooth transition of a relocating employee and their family members in and out of our various coverage areas, working directly with broker partners, internal agents, and relocation companies. The Relo Coordinator will provide a high level of customer service to all clients and assist in tasks pertaining to the overall success of the @properties Christie's International Real Estate Relocation Department.
Prior Real Estate/Relo experience a plus.
Duties:
- Manages incoming and outgoing relocation referrals, including referrals from third party relocation companies and referrals from other brokerages, and provides regular updates, addresses concerns, etc.
- Facilitates incoming needs assessments with transferee, including briefing on the @properties relo process and agent placement.
- Updates and utilizes the eRelocation referral tracking database regularly, including reporting, file notation, payment information, and other tasks, as needed.
- Data entry and maintenance of records (Excel experience a big asset)
- Coordinates repair work/quotes/billing with vendors and contractors; other property management, as needed
- Coordinates processing of incoming and outgoing payments
- May require some business travel
- Assist relo dept. with event planning for agents and partners
- Assist with agent Holding Company onboarding, tasks, and referrals as needed
- Other duties as defined by Relocation Director
Qualifications:
- Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; real estate/relocation experience preferred.
- Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet and Excel software and Database software.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, provide for timely follow up and make decisions with limited supervision; manage job functions while maintaining client and other relationships.
- Ability to anticipate or solve client/transferee problems and to effectively respond to needs.
