Job Summary:
As a Remote Client Booking Specialist, you'll be the voice of Vita Brevis Fine Art, handling inbound and outbound calls with warm leads to book clients into our studio schedule. Using guaranteed successful scripts, you'll create engaging, positive interactions with potential clients. This role is ideal for energetic Colorado residents who thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment and are passionate about meaningful conversations. Initial training will require in-person attendance at our Colorado Springs studio for 5 days (Monday-Friday) during your first week, with hotel and gas expenses covered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with warm leads (no cold calling) to schedule clients into our studio.
- Engage potential clients with enthusiasm, using provided scripts to create memorable interactions.
- Meet specific targets for calls and bookings to ensure studio growth.
- Document client interactions and update records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate virtually with team members via video calls or messaging platforms to share best practices and ideas.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
- Must be a resident of Colorado.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus.
- Upbeat, positive attitude and a genuine love for talking to people.
- Stellar verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional phone presence.
- Experience in phone sales or appointment setting is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom).
- Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload), a quiet workspace, and a computer with [Windows 10 or later, 8GB RAM]. A headset will be provided.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM MST
- Must be available for in-person training at our Colorado Springs studio for 5 days (Monday-Friday) during the first week of employment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet performance targets in a remote setting.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with call center software or telephone systems.
- Background in customer service or sales, particularly with family-oriented clients.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay of $21/hour with a $300 monthly bonus for hitting specific metrics.
- $1/hour raise at 6 months and an additional $1/hour raise at 1 year, based on performance evaluation.
