We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Remote Member Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, their families, and our caregivers. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls and emails from clients, their families, and caregivers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and caregivers by providing exceptional service
- Understand and address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Continuously review and update client records and paperwork
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our services to potential clients and assist them in finding the best care for their needs
- Work closely with our caregivers to ensure they are adequately supported and their needs are addressed
- Remain up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide the best service possible
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards clients and caregivers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer programs
- Ability to work remotely and maintain a professional and productive work environment
- Experience in the healthcare industry or with home care services is a plus
