Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain electronic records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Enter and update client data into the database and other internal systems.
Assist with preparing and managing client documentation as needed.
Ensure records are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
Perform regular audits of files to verify data accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with team members to ensure proper documentation is available for review.
Manage incoming data and ensure all client files are up-to-date and easy to access.
Provide assistance in document retrieval when necessary.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in data entry, records management, or administrative support.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and record-keeping software.
