Location - 100% Remote - Must reside in the United States (any of the 50 states is ok)

We are looking for a motivated individual who is willing to call the prospective clients and hold their hand through the process so their families and loved ones are protected from unexpected debilitating injury or death.
Our marketing team is the best in the industry and we are currently backlogged on people wanting quotes, so we are unable to call all of our prospective clients in a timely manner. This is where you come in: we need you to help these people get the insurance they want, at an affordable price.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Interview prospective clients via phone to gather information about their financial situation and existing coverage
- Assist clients with the insurance claims process
- Explain the features, advantages, and disadvantages of various policies
- Answer client questions about insurance plans and policies
- Schedule follow-up video calls to present their quote options
Sales Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on potential risks and benefits of each policy
- Present policy options and quotes
- Help the clients choose the right quote based on their wants and needs
General Responsibilities:
- Get licensed for health and life insurance in the state you reside in - **If you are not already licensed, we will help you get necessary licenses. Most states take 1-2 weeks or less**
- Industry Knowledge: Staying up-to-date with insurance industry news and regulatory developments
Skills and Qualifications (Requirements):
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Excellent ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess client needs and risks
- Technology Proficiency: - Experience with CRMs and/or business applications
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- Phone sales experience
- Knowledge of Insurance Products: Familiarity with various types of insurance policies (life, health, mortgage, property, etc.)
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with quoting software, and other insurance tools
