Position Overview:
We are seeking ambitious and proactive individuals to join our team as Sales Specialists. In this entry-level, remote role, you’ll play a key part in identifying opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and helping our organization expand. No previous experience is required, we provide all the training and support needed to help you succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to potential clients through phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Present our services and solutions to generate interest and new business opportunities
- Assist in qualifying leads and setting up appointments for senior sales staff
- Maintain and update client records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Track performance metrics and meet or exceed set goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital communication tools
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
