Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on and mechanically inclined Repair Technician I to join our growing service team. This entry-level role focuses on diagnosing and repairing personal electric vehicles—including e-scooters, e-bikes, and hoverboards. The ideal candidate has a passion for troubleshooting, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on e-scooters, e-bikes, and hoverboards
- Replace or repair components such as batteries, motors, controllers, brakes, and wiring
- Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks
- Document repairs, parts used, and service outcomes in tracking systems
- Maintain a clean and organized workbench and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with senior technicians and team leads to resolve complex issues
- Assist with inventory management of tools and replacement parts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic mechanical or electrical repair experience preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as multimeters, soldering irons, and hand tools
