The core of Research are the Brand Studies.
- Maintain our active member panel database weekly.
- Panel samples have to be supplemented by on-screen house ads. Jenny not only creates those ads, but she coordinates with Planning and Traffic to get them on-air. We’ve had to rely on this tactic often.
- Assist with the creation of databooks (cleansed and summarized respondent data) for two-cell studies.
- Analyze data and create the one-sheet summary for one-cell studies.
- Creation of any new on-screen at-work ads
- Distribution of incentives to survey participants and maintenance of our Rewards Genius budget.
Community Health: US and Canadian Panels
- Create share backs in the form of infographics to share with the panel to improve engagement.
- Assist with the creation of the recruitment videos to help refresh the Office Panel and build the Residential and LXO panel.
Industry Insights:
- Responsible for the ‘Snackable Bites’ series which entails the data and provides insights and collateral to Ad Sales and MarCom, creates on-screen videos in Canva and works with Content to get them on-air.
- Create the databooks and analyzes the data for the large industry insights projects (CPG, Pharma, TechB2B, etc.).
Business Intelligence Tools:
- Maintainin the Brand Study Norms PowerBI database.
- New Request from Content Team to build Viewer Tracker PowerBI Dashboard
Other responsibilities:
- Analyze Quarterly Viewer Tracker data and provides insights and data to Content Team.
- Analyze ad-hoc Content research requests.
- Creates Brand Study Case Studies and maintains category decks on ClearSlide
- Maintain Research SharePoint site – addition of Attribution section on-deck for 2H
