Job Summary:
The Research and Analysis RN will be responsible for conducting research and analysis on healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in patient care. Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
2. Active RN license in the state of practice.
3. 2+ years of experience in healthcare research and analysis.
4. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Proficiency in data analysis software.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Attention to detail and accuracy in research methodology.
