- Analyzing high dimension data and creating graphs using appropriate software (e.g., FlowJo, Prism) and data visualization tools
- Performing multiplex immunoassays with accuracy & precision for soluble protein biomarker quantitation on the Meso Scale Discovery platform (and possibly Luminex or other immunoassay platforms in the future).
- Running serological assays to measure clinical trial patient antibody responses by ELISA or high content protein microarrays (e.g., CDI Laboratories, Sengenics).
- Supporting clinical sample processing including PBMC and plasma isolation/cryopreservation from whole blood, extraction of TILs from tumor tissue, and assistance in the accurate maintenance of clinical sample inventories for proper sample tracking.
- Researching scientific literature for methods and procedures to identify innovative methodologies for immune monitoring assays; ordering and maintaining laboratory supplies.
- Drafting and adhering to laboratory standard operating procedures for assays and routine methodologies.
- Routine maintenance and operation of a variety of laboratory instruments used to perform sample analyses.
