What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients (both human and canine!) with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
- Guide pet parents through our boarding options and recommend the best-fit experiences.
- Coordinate bookings and upgrades—from spa treatments to play packages.
- Ensure every stay is smooth, safe, and fun—from arrival to pick-up.
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and daily updates to clients.
- Build lasting relationships with repeat clients and their pets.
- Maintain a clean, inviting front-of-house area that reflects our brand.
- Collaborate with the care team to make each dog’s stay unforgettable.
✨ You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
- Have a background in hospitality, customer service, or sales (bonus if you’ve worked in pet care or the service industry).
