Provide secretarial and administrative support to the resident program director, department chair and administrative director, including time and attendance and quality improvement tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Responds to inquiries to the resident program; mails out program information, accepts and processes candidates' information for the program director.
- Assists in the preparation of the resident program accreditation survey documents. Provides statistics and records as required.
- Maintains records of clinical rotations and work hours of the residents.
- Schedules interviews with potential resident candidates and assures all documentation is in place
- Prepares and distributes on-call schedules and other assignments for the residents
- Prepares and maintains department time and attendance records timely and accurately
- Handles special assignments and projects as needed for the Residency Program.
- Prepares and maintains quality improvement reports timely and accurately.
- Makes arrangements for resident meetings and conferences and record meeting minutes.
- Provides secretarial support for the program director and department chair.
Required experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience performing basic office procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Strong organizational skills, strong ability to multitask
Education requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000
