Overview:
We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Concierge to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a secure, welcoming, and organized environment. This dual role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong focus on access control and building safety.
Your contribution will be critical in maintaining the building’s positive atmosphere and seamless daily operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries, and facilitating a smooth experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of the building, greeting and assisting tenants and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Monitor and manage access to the property, ensuring security protocols are strictly followed.
- Coordinate tenant deliveries and effectively communicate with building management and the site team to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain clear and efficient communication with both staff and tenants to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to support seamless building functionality, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in concierge, security, or customer service roles, preferably in high-end residential or commercial properties.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all security protocols and administrative tasks are handled efficiently.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, committed to upholding the building’s reputation and high standards.
- Proficiency in using computers and building-related software systems.
- Highly Preferred: Experience with Yardi, Building Links and/or similar software.
Location: New York, NY
Schedules Available:
Sunday - Thursday (11PM - 7AM)
Friday and Saturday (11PM - 7AM)
