Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for clients.
- Cook light meals or prepare snacks as requested by clients.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, adhering to established schedules and client preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, polishing, and maintaining carpets through appropriate cleaning methods.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management principles to ensure effective task completion.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to lift and move items as necessary during cleaning tasks.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in all cleaning assignments.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate client schedules may be required.
