House Cleaner for Diamond Cleaning Services
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated House Cleaner to join our team. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have professional House Cleaner experience, and the ability to learn and adapt to our method, materials and standards. This is a full time position requiring part time hours. Monday - Friday availability required.
This is a 1099 Subcontractor position.
Duties:
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Handle mild laundry for certain homes
-Ability to bend, stand and stoop, for hours at a time
-Ability to occasionally lift up to 40lbs
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Keep up to date communications with the team lead and the client
- You will have access to a general cleaning checklist for each home. We try and standardize as much as possible
Requirements:
- Two years of job-related experience required
- Experience in residential cleaning or custodial services
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe handling of cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
-Strong and clear communication skills
-Reliable transportation is a must
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in hotel, vacation, or airbnb housekeeping
- On-site adaptability
- Flexible schedule
Compensation:
Pay is per job. Our company's goal is for our cleaners to make between $20-$25 per working hour, or better, per job. The current expected pay with the position open is between $800-$1400+ every two weeks. Occasional Tips and bonuses are included. Days scheduled are usually 3-5 per week.
Job ranges are typically a 30 minute radius from Maumelle, AR and include Little Rock, North Little Rock, Sherwood, Jacksonville, Maumelle, Mayflower, and Conway. You will be responsible for your own transportation. Mileage compensation is not available, however mileage is tax deductible in a 1099 position.
