POSITION SUMMARY:
Our Asheville office is seeking a Residential Real Estate ParaLegal for New Construction Homes. The ideal candidate is a highly organized multitasker who will assist our attorneys and clients through the closing process. This is a full-time position. In-person only (no remote option). Compensation will be based on experience. Discretionary Bonuses.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the closing process with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents.
- Maintain legal files; paper and electronic.
- Scheduling, Calendar Management.
- Ordering of Payoff, HOA, Surveys, etc.
- Preparation and balancing of CDS/ALTAS/HUDS within SoftPro.
- Loan package review and preparation.
- Document review and document drafting.
- Assist both Post-Closing and Accounting departments.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Real Estate Paralegal experience required; 3 years minimum.
- Certification in Paralegal studies preferred but not required.
- North Carolina, Notary Public is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in SoftPro/ProTrust applications.
- Knowledgeable with all Microsoft applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
