Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through door-to-door sales efforts, providing information about our products and services.
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to reach out to prospective clients and generate leads.
- Supervise and train new sales team members to ensure adherence to company standards and best practices.
- Utilize fundraising techniques to promote community involvement and increase brand awareness.
- Market our services effectively by understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close sales successfully.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a residential or door-to-door setting.
- Familiarity with telemarketing strategies and techniques is a plus.
- Previous experience in supervising or training staff is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
