THE BIG IDEA
As a Residential Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners exploring roofing services. You’ll guide clients through inspections, explain roofing options, and provide quotes—all while delivering the top-tier experience that sets Wilson Roofing apart. This role is 100% commission-based, ideal for a self-starter who thrives on closing deals and wants to control their income.
WHAT YOU DO…
- Prospect and Connect: Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and neighborhood networking.
- Roof Inspections: Visit homes to assess roof conditions and explain issues and options clearly.
- Present Estimates: Deliver accurate, customized proposals that meet homeowners’ needs and budgets.
- Build Trust: Develop strong relationships through follow-up, education, and reliability.
- Close Sales: Secure signed contracts while ensuring homeowners feel informed and confident.
- Work with the Team: Coordinate with project managers and installers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay Informed: Keep up with roofing systems, materials, and market trends to stay sharp in the field.
- Track Activity: Log all leads, follow-ups, and sales progress in our CRM system.
WHO YOU ARE…
- Sales Experience: Background in in-home or door-to-door sales is preferred.
- Personable: Strong communication skills and a trustworthy, professional demeanor.
- Motivated: You’re goal-oriented, self-driven, and hungry to earn.
- Fast Learner: Able to understand roofing basics and explain them simply.
- Organized: Confident managing appointments, leads, and your own schedule.
- Driver’s License: Must have reliable transportation and a valid license.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
Compensation Package:
- 1099 contract
