Schedule: 1 Full-Time Graveyard Shift (40 hrs/week)
2 Part-Time Positions (Various Day, Swing, Graveyard Coverage)
Job Overview: We are currently hiring professional, reliable unarmed security officers for a residential property in Norwalk, CA. This is a high-visibility, community-focused post that requires sharp attention to detail, presence, and professionalism. Must be able to work independently and follow post orders to the letter.
Job Duties Include: Foot and vehicle patrols of premises
Enforcing rules and regulations, Observing and reporting suspicious activity or safety hazards , Deterring trespassers and unauthorized persons. Writing daily activity reports and incident reports, Responding to resident concerns or disturbances. Working with law enforcement when needed , Providing professional presence and customer service to residents.
Minimum Requirements: Valid BSIS Guard Card (required)
BSIS Baton Permit (required)
OC Spray Permit (required)
Must have duty belt and required permits.
Clean Driving Record – must be eligible to operate patrol vehicles
Strong report writing, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Previous HOA or residential security experience preferred. Bonus If You Have: Experience dealing with noise complaints, unauthorized gatherings, or vehicle violations. Prior exposure to CAD systems or AI-integrated dash cam setups CPR/First Aid training To Apply: Submit your resume along with copies of your valid permits. We’re filling these roles immediately.
