Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with age related limitations. You will act as liaison between the agency, caregiver, and client to facilitate quality patient-centered care
Responsibilities
- Meet with new clients and perform initial admittance to the agency
- Perform in-home visits to ensure care is being provided to agency standard
- Accurately document client information and communication with client, staff, and other professionals.
- Make weekly client calls to ensure quality of care.
- Other administrative duties
Requirements
- Experience working in home health care s is preferred.
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and CPR certification.
- Previous experience in senior care, Alzheimer’s care, or dementia care is highly desirable.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with residents and their families.
- A valid driver’s license is required for transportation duties.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
