Join us at the reimagined Castillo Real, where elegance meets coastal charm. We're seeking an enthusiastic, reliable Weekend Bartender to bring vibrant energy and top-tier service to La Brisa, our brand-new poolside bar and lounge.
Position: Weekend Bartender
Location: Castillo Real,
Schedule: Saturdays (with potential for additional hours during special events or high season)
What You’ll Do:
- Serve handcrafted cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at our lively poolside bar
- Provide exceptional customer service in a relaxed, resort-style atmosphere
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Uphold safety and alcohol compliance standards
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and light inventory as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous bartending experience preferred, especially in hospitality or resort settings
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Outgoing personality with a passion for guest service
- Ability to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
- Current alcohol server certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
