Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink options.
- Process orders efficiently.
- Handle cash register operations with attention to detail, managing cash flow effectively.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks in a restaurant or nightclub setting.
- Monitor customer behavior and enforce responsible alcohol service policies.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting low stock levels.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service or nightlife industry is preferred.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurate
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be at least 18 years of age as per legal requirements for serving alcohol.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help create an enjoyable experience for guests are essential.
