Position Overview
As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality respiratory care services to patients of all ages. Working closely with physicians and nurses, you will help plan and implement individualized patient care plans while upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence.
You will be based at our Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital in Spokane, where our culture is built on patient-centered care, teamwork, and respect. We believe in empowering our caregivers—because your voice and expertise matter.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver respiratory therapy treatments and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
· Assess, monitor, and document patient response to therapy.
· Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
· Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control policies.
· Participate in ongoing education and maintain clinical competencies.
· Complete department and unit-specific orientation requirements.
Required Qualifications
· Completion of education and training necessary to meet licensure and certification requirements.
· Washington State Respiratory Care Practitioner License (active and in good standing) – required upon hire
· BLS Certification from the American Heart Association – required upon hire

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
