We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.Looking for someone to spend 1:1 time with an active and pre-teen boy that enjoys being outside and engaging in a variety of hobbies. He loves sports (can give you all the random facts), fishing, discovering new music he can connect to, and playing farming simulator.
Pay: $16.80/hour Location: Family home is in Eau Claire, WI - Care to take place in your home/community Schedule: 4 hours/week. Flexible weekday evenings or weekend shifts.
Things He Enjoys: • Watch/play sports (football season is his jam) • Get outside (loves fishing) • Listen to Music (2000 punk rock/emo or Jelly Roll) • Play videogames (Loves to play the farming simulator & drive the tractor around) • No personal cares
Key Responsibilities: • Create an open and communicative relationship to build trust and help him feel comfortable. • Foster life skills related to responsibility, and personal growth, and social skills. Ideal Candidate: • A kind, patient, and understanding individual who can offer structure while encouraging independence & correct social skills • Someone who enjoys outdoor activities and is willing to be active and engaged in various physical tasks. • Open to regular communication with the family and adaptable to a changing schedule.
