The primary qualifications/responsibilities of Team Members are as follows:
- Most importantly...Work as a team!
- Provide excellent customer service, making sure customer satisfaction is achieved
- Follow Mr. Gatti's procedures for food preparation, portioning
- Ability to operate a POS system and handle cash transactions
- Good time management and multitasking abilities
- Keeping stations fully stocked and kept clean throughout the shift
- Willingness to learn food preparation techniques
- Follow restaurant opening and closing checklist to ensure restaurant for success
