Every Crew Member and Lead at Lobster West is cross-trained (register, food prep, line cook, expo), guaranteeing a strong team always capable of assisting one another - and a dynamic day-to-day that never gets boring!
Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and sanitary workplace
- Take orders in a timely manner while operating the POS system & cash register
- Promptly address customer issues & refer customers to management when necessary
- Assemble orders, ensure accuracy, & deliver to customers in a timely manner
- Prepare menu items using our tried-and-true family recipes
- Prep product for current and subsequent shifts
- Perform daily inventory
- Keep the shift positive and productive
- Work as a team to accomplish goals
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn quickly & work well in a fast-paced, time pressured environment
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and/or weekends
- 1+ Year experience in hospitality (register, POS, prep/line cook, and/or expo)
- Food Handler Cert
