We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring a smooth operation within the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Accurately input orders into the POS system (Aloha POS, Micros POS) and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and presentation.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean work environment.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality.
- Experience with food service, including fine dining or nightclub settings, is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) and OpenTable for reservations management.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining composure under pressure.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.87 - $18.50 per hour
