Job Details:
- Location: Castleton, Indianapolis, IN.
- Salary: Up to $18.50/hour
- Schedule: Afternoon to late-night shifts, flexibility required.
- Part-time and full-time positions available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Lead high-energy shifts, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining Five Guys' standards.
- People Management: Train and motivate team members, ensuring team and guest safety.
- Business Management: Support various areas like labor cost, sales, and inventory management.
- Project Support: Implement marketing initiatives and handle new hire paperwork.
Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- 1-2 years of fast-casual restaurant management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Physical requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and climb stairs.
