Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and schedule staff
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns
- Ensure food quality and safety compliance
- Maintain inventory and order supplies
- Manage employee schedules and payroll
- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Provide ongoing training and development for staff
- Monitor food quality
