Duties
- Assist in food preparation and ensure that all food items are prepared according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen and dining spaces, in compliance with health regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and helping guests with their needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to management promptly.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills
- Experience in food service is preferred but not required; we provide training for new team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems, and basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Strong attention to detail when it comes to food preparation and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a busy restaurant setting.
