Job Summary:
As a Restoration Technician at PuroClean, you will play a key role in restoring homes and businesses impacted by water, fire, mold, and other property damage. This hands-on position involves executing mitigation and cleanup procedures according to company protocols while ensuring high levels of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform water, fire, mold, and biohazard restoration services following PuroClean standards and job work orders.
- Use cleaning products, drying equipment, and safety gear effectively and safely.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a safe job site environment.
- Communicate customer needs and concerns to the Crew Chief promptly.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized company vehicle and equipment.
- Help clean and maintain work facilities for professional appearance and function.
- Attend ongoing training to enhance knowledge of equipment, techniques, and industry standards.
- Ensure positive customer interactions and contribute to high satisfaction scores.
- Maintain accurate documentation and job notes as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
- Comfortable working in physically demanding environments (standing, lifting, crawling, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with team members and customers.
- Problem-solving skills in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Previous restoration or construction experience preferred, but not required.
- Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a professional appearance.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
