Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. You will play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to effectively communicate with customers.
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels and assisting with restocking shelves as necessary.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, including handling cash and credit card payments.
- Assist in pricing merchandise and ensuring proper signage is displayed throughout the store.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Participate in employee orientation and training programs to enhance skills in retail sales and customer service.
- Support management with various tasks related to sales management, payroll processing, and inventory management.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills related to retail operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $12.00 - $23.68 per hour
