Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer and donor service to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Stay informed about brand names, maker's marks, and trends, including vintage and current opportunities.
- Inspect and process soft line goods, ensuring they meet quality standards (e.g., no stains, tears, missing buttons, etc.).
- Hang, tag, and size apparel onto racks, transporting them to designated areas.
- Maintain accurate hang and rotation counts while meeting agency goals.
- Ensure the hanging and processing areas are clean, organized, and safe.
- As needed, assist with floor running, apparel rotation, and dressing room maintenance.
- Uphold and model the DGR MODE Guiding Principles in all tasks and interactions.
