- Perform product demonstrations when necessary to enhance customer experience.
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Answer customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing.
- Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries.
